Popup keeps repeating

    Hi there

    The popup keeps showing even though the cookie is set to register when the popup is closed.

    I can see the cookie appear as ‘true’ but it still opens on every page.

    Any ideas?

    @shereewalker – This generally means your trigger is not set to check for that cookie. Edit your popup & trigger and in the cookie field select the correct cookie. It should immediately disable the popup after publishing that change since the cookie already exists.
