Popup lightbox of gallery from a single thumbnail

    How can I create a lightbox that would popup when I click on a single image and show other images from a gallery not displayed on the page?

    So if there’s 1 jpg on my page, I want to click on that and have a lightbox come up that shows say 10 other jpgs in a gallery or my media library – but none of those other 10 jpgs would be loaded on the page with the single thumbnail.

    Is this possible?

    You can limit of the amount of the images which gonna be loaded on page in gallery settings. The rest of the gallery images could be accessible in gallery lightbox after click on thumbnail.

    Thank you for your reply. Can I do this trick with gallery in polaroid mode?
