I’m having trouble configuring the popup on the homepage. I would like it to appear only once per day per user and not appear if they are already subscribed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks!

The more details you can provide, the likelier you are to get a solution/suggestion from someone:
    – Are you using a plugin for this popup? Yes? What’s the full name of this plugin? Where did you download it from?
    – Or, is this a feature of your active theme? Yes? What’s the full name of this theme? Where did you download it from?

The plugin is called “Popup maker” and I downloaded it from my dashboard.

Take a look at this list and let me know exactly which plugin you are referring to so can move this thread to that plugin’s dedicated forum.

    Hello @steph413

    Thank you for writing in!

I checked the home page to see how you have set up the popup. However, it seems there is no popup from Popup Maker. To display the popup once per day, you may need to use the ‘Cookies’ option settings. Set the cookie to use the?On Popup Close?and add a?cookie time for 24 hours.?

You may also need to add another cookie event. It would be the Form Submission and add a cookie time. It can be by?the following:
    – seconds,
    – minute(s),
    – hour(s),
    – day(s),
    – month(s), and?
    – year(s)

Please be advised that another important setting you will need to do is to set the cookie name to the Trigger settings to make it work.

Since this is only for the home page, you may need to set a Target condition and add the home page. For more insights, kindly refer to this link Standard Targeting Conditions.

Let us know if this helps fix the issue or if you have any questions about this matter.
