    Hello,
I am facing a popup maker plugin conflict with Divi theme page builder. I just upgraded to the latest version of Popup Maker and it prevents the Divi Builder from loading. I get a message “Divi Builder Timeout” when I try to edit any page/post.
I am getting this message in page builder via console bundle.js?ver=4.9.0:293 TypeError: Cannot read property ‘stores’ of undefined.
    Popup Maker Version 1.15.0
    Divi Version: 4.9.0

    Thanks

    Hello @umairajmalnishat

    Thank you for reaching out!

I’m sorry to hear you’re having this trouble on your site. This will be the first to hear this issue. In most cases, if the site is occurring a timeout, this happens due to some limits in PHP configuration. If the server is configured with low PHP values, some scripts may not work. The same goes with the Divi builder timeout error that prevents the modules from loading.

Kindly reach out to your hosting and ask to check the PHP maximum execution time. I would also suggest checking the following:
    – PHP version
    – Apache memory limit
    – Increasing PHP limits
    — memory limit
    — post_max_size
    — max_execution_time
    — upload_max_filesize
    — max_input_time
    — max_input)vars
    – Clearing the server cache, cache plugins or CDN.

Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to rate and review the plugin.
If you still need help please message us directly at https://wppopupmaker.com/support/

    Hey,
Thanks for your response. I figured out the issue. It was not a server issue. In fact there was a Jquery version conflict.
If anyone else faces this prob. let me know.
    Thanks

    Hey Jose,
In my case, there was a conflicting version of jquery included in one of the popup i created. Because divi builder was loading the popup content in builder too.
You should check for the script conflicts from the following:
    – From any plugin, try deactivating the plugins and see
    – From header and footer scripts included in divi theme options
    – Any scripts included in the popup
Let me know if that helps or if you need any further assistance on this.
    Thanks

    Thanks a lot @umairajmalnishat.

I deactivated all plugins and still having the issue, but, after many changes, I was able to fix it deactivating “Minify And Combine Javascript Files” in the Divi Options panel.
I need to check all changes I made and if there is an issue with any cache plugin and/or CDN service (Cloudflare). If I’m able to discover the real reason I will share here.

    Kind regards,
    Jose G.

Update: all the popups stopped working. To solve it temporarily I disabled the “Optimize JavaScript Code?” option in the Autoptimize Plugin.
