Popup Maker not displaying

    @diostar215 – Doesn’t appear that the popup is loaded on that page. Check your Targeting Conditions for that popup and be sure it is set to load on the pages where you want it to show.

    I have the same issue I installed it created a pop up with an image set to open on the home page then disappear and it did it ONCE and not since ? Checked all the forums and target is set not sure about the rest of the controls none show understandable options

    @latinguy – Sounds like it is working exactly like it should. If it opened once and isn’t any more then likely your cookie was set and hasn’t expired, meaning the popup won’t show up again until it does. If your cookie time was 1 month, then the popup won’t show again for 1 month.

    You can clear your browsers cookies to check it or open a private browsing tab.
