Popup maker problem – images not enlarge when clicked

    Dear popup maker team,
    I have created an popup with 4 image within a table grid.

    1. Problem
    Unfortunately the images are not enlaging when clicked. Usually within core page/post implemente images and clicked on them they open in a popup window to enlage the image.
    This does not work within the popup. Did I missed any setting to enable the same?

    2. Popup does not open via link if that link has been used about 5 times.
    How to disable the function that the popup is not displaying anymore by using a link to open the popup.

    We are sorry to hear you are having this issue with your popup. Thank you for sharing a screen recording of the issue. I tried to check the test page but it seems it is not accessible – https://share.getcloudapp.com/12u4BvRy

    Please could you send us a message at https://wppopupmaker.com/support/ and include the credentials we can use to access the test page only.

    On the other hand, is the link inside the popup content? If yes, please check if there is an available cookies on the trigger. If it does have, kindly remove the cookies.

    Hi Bel, thanks for your response.

    #1 – Unfortunately the images are not enlaging when clicked.
    I’ve de-activated the maitanance mode, so you will be able to access to the test page.
    Please go ahead and test yourself, hopefully you are able to find a solution for me.

    #2 – Popup does not open via link if that link has been used about 5 times.
    I’ve deleted the cookies which were set to 1 month, now it seems to work. Thanks for that tipp!!!

    Hi @wci,

    Thanks for making your test page available. I think I see what’s going on. The lightbox you’re using has a low z-index (lower than Popup Maker’s default). So, the enlarged versions are displaying, but they’re hidden under the Popup Maker popup window.

    Here’s what happens when that Popup Maker popup’s z-index is set to 10.

    Can you do us a favor and head over to your popup’s Popup Settings > Display > Advanced? Then, change the Popup Z-index setting to 10.
