Popup Maker won’t update settings after version update

    I updated this site from 1.7.25 to 1.17.0.

    After doing that, the admin had this notification, but no button to click:
    The latest version of Popup Maker requires changes to the Popup Maker settings saved on your site.
    The button below will process these changes automatically for you.

    In Tools -> Upgrades, there is the same message, with a button this time. But, clicking it does nothing; the page refreshes and the button and message remain.

    I already tried disabling all plugins and Chrome incognito mode. I’m using the Divi theme.

    How can I do the necessary settings update?

    @brianrshim – Sorry to hear that. It might be best to submit an email based support ticket as we may end up needing to investigate the issue directly if it is possible to get temporary admin access. I have not seen this before so I’m not quite sure what exactly is going wrong.

    I am also using Divi theme and have the same issue. I will submit a support ticket.

    I am expereincing the same issue. I receive the following message:

    “The latest version of Popup Maker requires changes to the Popup Maker settings saved on your site. The button below will process these changes automatically for you.”

    With a submit button. When clicked nothing happens and the message remains.

    I just installed Popup Maker v1.17.1 and am getting the same message. I completely deleted and reinstalled the plugin to remove any possible remnants. Still get the message.
