since version 3.24.0 the pupup menu is thrown. The menu is displayed below the page footer. Do you have similar problems with the popup after updating elementor? When I downgrade elementor (3.23.4), everything works again. Thank you

    Hi there,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I suggest following this method one by one by on focusing on method 1:

Method 1: You can try fixing this by going to WP admin > Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS.

Method 2: Clear Browser cache or check the site in a private/incognito window.

    Looking forward hearing from you.

    Kind regards,

    Hi,

Thanks for the tips. In anonymous mode, the pages work well, unlike in standard mode, when the problem manifests itself. I did these basic things, css regeneration, etc. first, but nothing worked. I found that if I disable the LS cache plugin, the site is fine. However, I want to have cached pages, so I had to go back to the original working version of elementor 3.23.4. Everything is compatible with this version.

    Hi @conower,

Thank you for the update and for sharing the steps you’ve already taken.

It’s great to hear that the pages work fine in anonymous mode, which suggests a caching conflict might be at play. Since disabling the LS Cache plugin resolves the issue, it’s likely there’s a conflict between this plugin and the newer version of Elementor.

To have cached pages while using the latest version of Elementor, you might want to:

    1. Ensure both Elementor and the LS Cache plugin are fully updated.
    2. Clear all existing cache from the LS Cache plugin and regenerate CSS in Elementor again.
    3. Check the LS Cache plugin’s settings, particularly any JavaScript or CSS minification settings, as these can sometimes cause conflicts.

If the issue persists, you may also consider reaching out to the LS Cache support team to check for any known compatibility issues with Elementor’s latest version.

Let me know how it goes, and feel free to reach out if you need further assistance!

    Best regards,

    Hi @ricav

So it seems that the problem is solved

In the LS settings you need to set: JS settings – JS combine (must be turned ON). But it is interesting that the popup menu worked with the older version of elementor. We haven’t set up or updated anything else except elementor.

Thanks for pointing me to the solution.
