Popup menu opains automatically

    Hi, i’ve create a a button that when you click triggers a popup side menu on the phone. The problem is that sometimes when the menu is closed and you refresh the page, the menu opens automatically without clicking the button, what can i do to prevent that?

  • Hello,

    On the popup settings page, under triggers, make sure “On Page Load” is turned off. Also you can set the value “Show up to X times” under Advanced rules to 1.
