Hi there, Your profile plugin seem promising but i lack for the moment more than anything else a Modal login form allowing people to login without leaving the current page.
It should support Social login + social avatar(!) and internationalization (using WPML).

Is it something you would implement soon please ?
It’s a killer feature fo which I didn’t even found a single solution. If you have one, please tel me.

    Best regards.

    Hello Tdechangy,

Thank you for writing to us.

You can use ProfileGrid Login widget to login from any area of site. So users are not required to visit only one page to login.

Also, ProfileGrid allows users to add photo/avatar to their profiles. For details, visit this link: https://profilegrid.co/how-to-add-an-authors-photo-in-wordpress-site/

Additionally, our extension “Social Login” allows your users to sign up and login using their favourite social network accounts. Social accounts can be managed from Profile settings. For more details, visit this link: https://profilegrid.co/how-allow-wordpress-users-to-login-with-social-accounts/

ProfileGrid does not support internationalization using the WPML plugin as of now.

Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Thanks for quick reply. But it seem nothing answers really my needs here in the end. Especially the non WPML-compatibility!

    – Do you have another way to internationalize and/or to implement WPML ? It’s so crucial once you work for serious clients, in Europe at least.

    – Please consider my topic as requirement for future updates. So many people would appreciate those features for sure.

    Hello tdechangy,

You can internationalize ProfileGrid to any language by creating your own PO & MO files. Use the existing POT in the ‘languages’ directory of the plugin as template for your PO file.

You can learn more about this process here: https://developer.www.ads-software.com/plugins/internationalization/localization/

And yes, we have made a note of your feature requirements. We are always happy to have such constructive feedback. This helps us in making our product better suited for its users. You’ll be updated via the plugin’s changelog as we keep adding more features to it.

Thanks once again for your feedback.
