Popup never pops up

    First, to your support thread construct info:
    1. https://www.avidblogs.com/the-a-list/
    2. Click on any of the articles linked from that page and a popup show appear in the article in the lower right after .5 seconds.
    3. No popup occurs

    I’ve looked through your site support forum and these support forums and can’t determine what’s going wrong. I’ve updated Revolution Slider to 4.6.9.3 as I read that versions older than 4.6.5 have issues with GSAP.

    The popup is supposed to only appear on posts within a specific category. I’ve looked through all the options and can’t see where I’m doing anything wrong. The same settings on another site (albeit with a different condition for the popup) worked fine.

    The options are set to:
    Disable overlay
    Animation – fade at 350ms
    Location – bottom right, fixed position, 20px 20px
    Z-index at default (998/999)
    All close settings checked
    Auto open enabled after 500ms
    Cookie trigger disabled

    The site uses W3TC, but you indicate that shouldn’t matter. I’ve purged all caches for good measure and made sure all browsers I’m testing in have caching disabled or I’m manually flushing the cache before each test.

    @kcrusher – Sorry for the confusion, seems you are trying to use the On category targeting conditions for something I would call “Posts with category” which is something we are adding. Currently though the on category option makes the popup show up on category archive pages not posts with that category.

    You could do this now via a filter, but this would depend on how many categories you planned on targeting as it could become quite complex.

    I tested this on my dev site using ‘all posts’, but it still wouldn’t show up.

    I really want to use this plugin, but I’m in a time crunch and I found another plugin that mostly works, it just doesn’t have easy controls for positioning like yours does.

    @kcrusher – If you have it set to entire site and auto open on or admin_debug enabled and its not working, then check your browsers console. There may be a JS error occuring which we could probably resolve easily.

    I don’t know what I did, but it appears to be working now.

    And, YES, it would be great to have a feature that allows you to show the pop up only on posts within a specific category! As it is now, I had to add each post I wanted to show it on using the ‘load on specific posts’. With ~30 posts to add it to, that feature is sorely needed.
