    The popup does not appear to be working on my site. I’ve set up the display rules, and I can see the code on my site but the video just won’t show.

    Let us troubleshoot this for you.

    Please, provide us with the following info.

    1) The link where the popup is supposed to show.
    2) Screenshots from the Display Rules and the Opening Events of the popup.
    3) A screenshot from the Popup Maker plugin on WordPress, showing what pages/posts are chosen for the popup.

    P.S. A general tip: it’s worth clearing cache with the cache plugin you’re using after you make any change – to make sure the correct thing is displayed.
