    Hi Catherine,
Thanks for also sending me this request directly. From a first glance, the jQuery seems to be missing from the page which could explain why there is no popup. We are looking into what’s causing this and will get back to you in as soon as possible.

    Thanks for now,
    Simon

    Hi Catherine,
OK, I’ve run a test by installing the Graphene theme in the latest version of WordPress, and a fresh version of InfoPopup, and it seems to work fine on this test site. I sent you a link to prove that.

In your installation, the jQuery seems to be missing – if you look at the source of my page link, you will see from line 416 some jQuery for InfoPopup. Now compare with the source of your page, and it’s missing, which probably points to a conflict with some other part of your installation; maybe another plugin? You can try to disable other plugins in turn (particularly since you say it does appear when logged in), and also, install the latest version of WordPress.

I hope this helps you pinpoint and resolve the issue. Any further queries, please let me know.

    Simon,

You were right – it was another plugin. The culprit was Tablepress. I’ve gotten around it by breaking up the table and putting the infopopup plugin outside the tables.

Thanks for your time on this and for developing a great little plugin!

    Catherine
