popup not closing on iphone if i click any where except x button

Having the same problem with our client websites.
Can the owner please get back to this as soon as possible? Seems like an easy fix.

Pop up overlay doesn’t exit on click using iPhone X. Only exits via the “X” button.

@saad_rashad – Hey guys,sorry for the delays, but we have multiple dedicated direct support channels, Facebook & more importantly our support ticket form in the plugin Help & Support page or on our website which is checked multiple times daily).

We made every effort to direct people to the most reliable support channels, can’t force them though.

As for the issue, I can duplicate it on the link given using iPhone X, but not on my own test sites, further I noticed your site has right click disabled which could be part of the problem though its hard to tell since you can’t really debug anything on a mobile device and the issue doesn’t show up when using mobile emulators on desktop.

It is also possible its related to a fixed position element bug in iOS safari that has been there for some time now. It causes several issues with both scrolling and positioning/visibility of fixed elements & elements inside them. Usually presents with forms mainly, but possible this is related.

@callmekraz – If you are in need of reliable support, best submit a ticket to our actual support forms, there is even one right in the plugin dash.

These are public forums, and we can’t even support the bulk of our functionality here as support for commercial (paid) functionality is prohibited. Thus we have a dedicated support group on facebook & email based support checked daily.

Hope that clarifies the lack of support here. I do answer tickets here but its definitely low priority compared to our other more active channels. Plus we like personalized support which isn’t possible here.

Try adding this css, no way to test it outside of adding it to your site and clearing caches the. Trying on mobile again.
