I keep having the same odd issue – The popup only displays to me as a logged in user and I can’t get it to appear to anyone else, for example, when I am viewing the site in incognito mode or using a different browser.
Any ideas what could be causing this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Yes, the cookie for closing or convertion is set. Try:
    – clearing your cookies
    – Or enable test mode

Sorry I don’t understand. Why would I enable test mode or clear my cookies for other people to be able to see the popup?
    Do you see the popup?

Sorry i thought the issue was with you only. I jsut checked the link and it seems you have a problem with js minification which throws an error.
Where you are logged minification it’s not used hence you see the popup.

I do recommend disabling js minification from your cache plugin, as that error is not affecting just the popup but all other js scripts that run on your site

Thanks @timersys, appreciate the insight. I’ll take a look.
