Popup not displaying again

    I keep creating testing campaigns to see how the popups work. About 1 in 10 will EVER popup in MS Edge even 1 time. Since I am testing, I use a popup template and make no changes to it other than the cookie settings. Almost every time, the popup never displays even once in Edge. Every single test I have done NO popups have ever displayed in Chrome or Firefox. I want to upgrade but I can’t if this is going to be an ongoing problem. I have access to 100’s of client computers. Of ones I have tested none of them display the popup in any browser. I can only get it to popup in the computer I am working in WordPress from. Please help.

    I’m seeing your campaign appear consistently from MS Edge browser.

    The most common reason this might happen is if you’ve previously set a cookie in your browser that is preventing the campaign from reappearing right away. We use cookies to control how often a campaign can be re-shown to the same visitor.

    Would you try visiting the site using this URL: https://root-infotech.com/?om-clear=true

    That modified URL will automatically clear OptinMonster cookies when you visit so you don’t need to manually do so through your browser settings.
