    Website: https://musiclibraryreport.com

Supposed to popup in 5 seconds.

    No popup displayed.

    Cleared WP Rocket cache

I always check in a private page.

Have not found anything in the forum or docs to help.

I’m on a WordPress site and I’m using the plugin. Embed code is detected per the Published tab on my OptinMonster account and Published in the plugin. Website shows as Connected.

When I us the Live Site Inspector I get the error: “The Test on Page widget did not load correctly on your test page. Please ensure the testing page contains the OptinMonster embed code, and try again.” even though the Test button sends me to the correct URL.

I’ve used OptinMonster for years but it has stopped working recently.

    Any help most appreciated.

    Hi @artmuns ??

I’m seeing a popup appear right away when visiting the homepage of your site, like this: https://a.supportally.com/i/TWlhWu

Would you try closing your private browsing window and reopen a brand new one to see if that resolves the issue?

Let me know how that goes, thanks!

    Hi @erica,

Thanks for the reply. I use Firefox and have been checking in it’s Private window and still no popup. However, in checking both Chrome and Bing, I do get the popup. I also have an integration with Constant Contact and while I have a few signups, the popup is not recording their email in the list.

Strange, as in a previous popup I’ve used I do get the signups to the list.

    Hi @artmuns ??

    Thanks for the quick update!

Could it be related to a browser extension you use only in Firefox? Typically they are disabled by default for privacy sessions but that can be overridden; would you want to double check if you have any extensions running in that specific app that might be interfering?

For the leads not reaching Constant Contact; would you try re-registering the integration?

    To do this:

    1. Navigate to the Integrations page in your account: https://app.optinmonster.com/integrations/
    2. Select Constant Contact from the Integrations listed
    3. Select the Edit button for the Constant Contact – MLR integration
    4. Select the Register Constant Contact button
    5. Follow the prompts to re-register the connection

Let me know how that goes, thanks!

    Hi Erica,

The only extension I have would be AdBlocker Ultimate but it is disabled for a Private window. I also completely disabled it to be sure. Still no popup in FireFox. I also re-registered the Constant Contact integration, used a test email but no joy there.

    Hi @artmuns ??

I see you paused the campaign for now, no worries! Let’s get the integration sorted then circle back on the display issue in Firefox. ??

Thanks for re-registering the Constant Contact integration, getting that resolved helped expose a second configuration issue playing a role.

It looks like Google reCaptcha is enabled for the campaign, but it is incompletely configured for the site: https://a.supportally.com/i/38z1dT

Both keys are required for the integration. Would you do one of the following:

    1. Visit https://app.optinmonster.com/sites/, select the Edit button, and finish entering the correct keys for your Google reCaptcha integration. At this time we only support v3 of reCaptcha, our guide here shows how you can create these keys if you need to start from scratch: https://optinmonster.com/docs/how-to-use-google-recaptcha-to-prevent-spam/
    2. OR disable reCaptcha for this individual campaign. This can be done by directly selecting the form fields in the campaign builder, then toggle the Advanced tab in the sidebar and within the reCaptcha section toggle the option off: https://a.supportally.com/i/hpXOA5

Let me know how that goes, thanks!
