popup not displaying onclick

    The button at top of site labeled ‘Discover why’ has an onclick pop up set #popmake-4641 and nothing happens when I click it.

    Checked for javascript errors, none present.

    Went through the 5 steps, couldn’t identify any of the common items there either.

    When I go through the wp admin bar (top bar) and popup maker>popups> the name of this popup, it does display. Similarly, when I’m editing the popup in wp-admin and click on ‘Preview’ it also displays.

    But does not display when clicking the anchor link?
