    Hello!

We are working on a site for a client who requires popups.

The page can be found here:
    https://fortisaccountants.com/client-login/

This shows 3 logos, each can be clicked to open a popup. We inserted the shortcode into the image URL as directed.

When logged into wordpress admin, these popups display correctly. When logged out, or using an incognito window, the popups don’t work properly. (please see screenshot here: https://www.sendspace.com/file/djg0hy ) Although the 3rd logo (Clearbooks) seems to work well.
Also, once a popup has been clicked, it is impossible to scroll throughout the page. We have noticed other people have the same issues.

We have disabled ALL other plugins, and used the 2015 theme, wordpress is updated to the lates version, and so is the popup plugin.

We have also submitted a ticket to your support desk, and will mark this topic as solved once it has been.

We look forward to your help!

    Kind regards,

    Mike

    Hello!

The problem is in a website, from which you want to take iFrames. As we can see you take the link for iFrames popups from this site login.xero.com. And this site is set up so that it can not be inserted in any iFrame. Please contact system administrator of the site login.xero.com and ask him to enable the ability to embed it as an iFrame on other domains. In this case popup should work properly.

For more detailed information you can read this article https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/X-Frame-Options
This is the description of HTTP headers that admin needs to change on the site. Also there you can find the reasons why website can not be inserted into the iFrame.
