Popup not popping up

  • I want the popup to popup only on the homepage. But it’s not.

    Here’s the setting that I have:
    ENABLED
    Default Theme
    500 ms delay
    (I can’t imagine the color and transition being a problem)

    Rules:
    YES show on homepage
    YES show only on homepage
    YES show to logged in users
    NO hide on mobile
    NO only show to active search engine users
    YES use cookies

    I’ve placed the shortcode on the homepage, and that only makes a clickable link that brings up the popup contact form (which works fine). But I’d like it to popup automatically on the home page after a 1000 ms delay.
