Popup not scrolling with ios

After some digging, it appears to be caused by the iframe that’s created from your form plugin Jotform. We recommend trying a different form plugin, and that should fix the issue.

Just fyi, when we drag on iOS outside the popup, it scrolls properly, but dragging inside the popup results in no scrolling.

Also, for future reference, we can use the Popup Maker Support Portal to create private tickets regarding privacy of your site, etc.

Which Email or Contact Forms Work with Popup Maker?

@amazing2061 – To clarify on what Walt said, if I touch the popup outside of the forms iframe it scrolls properly, touching inside the iframe and it scrolls wrong. In this case since we / you can’t control the iframe or how it operates (browser security) not much we can do.
