Popup not showing at all fresh install

Hope you’re well today ??

I’ve tried to check your site but it appears that you’re blocking a wide range of IPs so I’m not being able to see your site, I even tried using the proxy but that also didn’t help.

I’d be more then happy to check if you could disable that ??

HI All

I have the same problem and I have reported this on WPMUDEV but to no avail.
It just does not work and shows a black circle with a dot going around and around when I test the popup or preview it.

I am able to provide access to the site if required.

No there is nothing like this installed.

I have also tried it on Windows IE11, Edge, Safari/FF/Chrome on Mac. All the same result as per video.

@jay This looks like a conflict with another plugin or your theme. Since you seem to be using premium version of the plugin please open a thread on WPMU DEV forum here and we’ll help you troubleshoot this.

@airflame Before we do that can you please let me know are you having the same problem as displayed on the video Jay posted above? Or everything works in the backend and you just don’t see popup displayed on the front?

Do you have any special conditions for this popup? If yes please let me know which ones you’re using.

If no can you please try using different popup loading methods, you’ll find the option in PopUp -> Settings, please see screenshot https://screencast.com/t/hqYlplIOV.

No in my problem i have only problem display popups on page like main page. I will record today a video and post it here.

Btw no conditions for popups. I was trying the PopUp -> Settings, but nothing seems to work it just wont show.

So .. I dont get any of this. I have taken this up with WPMUDEV. I have found that the FOOTER option displays the popup on the site, but the PREVIEW still fails to show.
But with the footer option it does not display in the proper place on screen.

Everything looks good there, if none of the loading methods is working this is probably a conflict between PopUp and another plugin or your theme. In order to get more information we’ll have to test for conflicts.

To do that please try using default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.

Hey i have disabled all plugins on site on my template i am using right now and its not working will try on default template. And will check what is going on.

Ok on fresh template its working with all plugins turned on. So it seems to be a theme problem ?

In case that popup works on one of the default themes this is definitely a conflict with the theme that you’re using.

Which theme are you using? Is it a free theme so I could test this?

I would like to report the same issue. Fresh install. Preview works perfectly but popup doesn’t show up on site – no matter what theme I use or plugins I activate/deactivate. Also tried switching loading method – no difference.

Currently using personalised child theme for zerif lite (free) – https://alinawajda.pl/

Please help!
