Popup not showing facebook button

My popup disappears real fast and also does not show my facebook button. I have written like this: [spu-facebook href=”https://www.facebook.com/my page” layout=”standard” show_faces=”false” share=”false” action=”like” width=””]
Twitter is fine. What am I doing wrong and how can I make it close when user clicks close button? thank you
