  • Im sure the popup is at the bottom of the mobile page, check there, if it is, try resize the popup to maker it smaller.

    cheers.

Not working for me either. i tried making it smaller and playing around in the settings but nothing at the moment ??

So it works in Safari on my phone but not on Chrome. I have enabled pop ups as well in my settings and nothing at the moment. I am using an iphone 6

I have the same issue too, and it doesn’t have to be on a phone to not work. it won’t work if I shrink the browser to show the responsive layout.

@artizenstudio, @misslaidlaw – Do either of you have a link we can look at? By default the popups are responsive if you choose any of the sizes like nano, small etc.

However the content itself is out of our control. We do our best to include some default styles that make things like images responsive inside the popups but often themes override those with their own so it could simply be a CSS issue as well.

    Hard to tell without looking.

@saurabhsingh4k – Your link 404s, sorry for the delay, if you still need help let me know how I can check it out.

yes, it’s at the bottom of the menu, “reserve a table”
    here

@artizenstudio – Yours actually looks pretty good to me, not sure if your still having an issue.

not working, no. when I go to the menu, I and click on reserve a table nothing happens.

@artizenstudio – Working for me when I clicked it off the top bar.

yes, that one works. It’s the mobile mode that doesn’t work.

so if you pull your screen in you will see that it moves from there to the bottom of the menu in the dropdown

@artizenstudio – Try adding .menu-item-215 a to the Custom Selectors field of the Popup Editor. Looks like your using Divi or similar and there is a JS event blocking our click event on the mobile menu. This is a known issue with the Divi theme line.

yes, I am using Divi. and I went to popup maker/all popups/open table popup

on the right I found Extra CSS Selectors

and added it there. I didn’t see a custom Selectors field elsewhere.

if that was what you meant, it didn’t work.

@artizenstudio – The Divi support staff are aware of this and have stated that it is no longer necessary and to be removed so they may have the fix prepared, it basically boils down to their JS is telling that link to do nothing else after their click function runs. This stops ours from every processing. Since their scripts always load first we can’t really do anything about that.

    Hope that helps.

What is the best way to EXCLUDE the popup from mobile devices? It seems to be slightly malfunctioning on my iPad and iPhone and I don’t have time to troubleshoot right now – I just need to launch the page/site and worry about this later. What’s the most efficient way?

@prcacct33 – The only quick easy way is to use our Advanced Targeting Conditions extension. It has that and more. To do it manually by filters you need to research and implement a PHP method for detecting devices. Then use that in the popmake_is_popup_loadable filter.

Sounds though like you may have fixed position set up with Location: Middle Center. This can cause issues on mobile like not being able to close it. Try Top Center.
