Popup not showing on mobile at all

    My divi popup is not showing at all on mobile devices. Also I would like it to appear more quickly… How can I set this? Thank you!

    I debugged the URL you shared and everything seems perfect. Can you check Section Settings > Advanced > Responsive > Whether it is hidden on mobile devices ? Please do get back to me, in-case of any query.

    Not sure if related, but caching plug-ins may cause this too. I found that WP Rocket Caching conflicts with the Pop-up plugin. The fix was to exclude the pages from cache where the plug in is using pop-ups. As it was specific to mobile browsers, another method would be use of the user agent exclusion in WP ROCKET.

    Shoot really? So the pop-up doesn’t work with caching?

    Our popups are broken and we thought it was due to an update… but we did turn on caching so now we are worried…We have popups on many many pages…
