popup not showing on website

4. Let us know whether we understand your request correctly or not. You enabled the popup to be opened on the Homepage, however, it is not displayed there.

I want to mention, that you need to enable the Display for logged-in users and the Display for guests options so that the popup can be opened on the page.

We checked and noticed that the popup can normally be opened on the homepage.

We checked and noticed that you are using a Cache plugin. The problem may be connected to the cache.

So, please please?clear the caches?and make sure the cache is?excluded?on the page where the?given popup is enabled.?

After clearing the?caches, please try to check the case with either the?Incognito?mode?or?another browser/device.?

We checked the case with a mobile and noticed that the popup was normally displayed for us.

See the screenshot below:

The problem may be connected to the mobile cache.
Please let us know whether you have excluded the cache like we mentioned in our previous reply or not.
