    Hi,

    Currently the popup is showing fine when I’m logged into wordpress but does not show up when going incognito even though “Enable popup only for author” is turned OFF “Display popup once per user” is turned OFF and “Display for guests” is turned ON

    We have checked and noticed that you are currently?using the?WP Rocket Cache plugin?
    Please note, that the problem may be connected to the cache.?

    So,?firstly, make a?DB backup?for your safety (you can use?UpdraftPlus).?
    Then,?clear?all the?caches?and check whether the issue persists or not.?

    Please make sure the cache is?excluded?on the page where the given popup is enabled?
    Or, deactivate the cache from the Cache plugin for guest users.?
    After clearing the?caches, please try to check the case with either the?Incognito?mode?or?another browser/device.?

    Please check this and let us know about the outcome.

    Thanks Jasmine, that has solved the problem.

    However disabling the popup on both mobile and tablet doesn’t seem to work. The popup still shows up after checking hide on tablet and hide on mobile. Any ideas?

    1. Please provide us with the link, where the given popup is enabled.?
    2. Let us know, whether you have checked and are sure the mobile cache is deactivated?from that plugin or not.?
    3. Clear the Browser caches of the Device via which you are checking?this case.?
    Please try to check the case with either the?Incognito?mode?or?another mobile browser/device.?
    4. Please provide us with screenshots of the options of the General, Settings, and Limitation Users tabs so that we can check the settings configuration.
