    I published a pop up, but it’s not showing at all.

    I cleared the cache and cookies and it didn’t help. It shows that it’s published on the campaign page and by output settings.

    Please help me asap. This is my first time using this plugin and it’s not responding how I would like which is very frustrating.

    Would you be sure to clear your site’s caching? When I force a non-cached version of the site to load the campaign appears normally for me like this — https://a.supportally.com/i/eB0eUw

    It looks like you’re using the Breeze caching plugin. You can hover over the Breeze link in the admin menu (https://a.supportally.com/i/g3QGXs) and select Purge all cache.

    Once that’s done, please check using a brand new Incognito window that the campaign appears as expected.
