Popup not visibel

Edit: It will be shown on every page, but not on the start page

Hello @hirma – thanks for reaching out and apologies for any inconvenience.

I viewed your site and I assume that this is the popup that you are referring to and you want to show the popup on every pages except the Start/Front page. Is that correct?

If yes, then, basically, if you do not want to set a popup on a specific page then you will need to set the Targeting Condition to Pages: Selected and on the input field, you will need to select the page that you want the popup to hide from – in your case it is the start/front page or what you called the Homepage. After that, click the (!) so that it turned to red.

Please note that if you click the (!) button for any condition (it turned to red) then it will apply the opposite of the chosen condition.

That way, the popup will NOT be displayed only to that chosen page. To make it more clear for you, please see this screencast from my own test site: https://share.getcloudapp.com/eDuxWo54

Found it. It was a problem with my Oshine Theme.

@mariatogonon Yes, this ist the popup. But i want to show the popup only on my starting page. The targeting condition is in the moment set to pages ‘start’ and ‘newsletter’. ‘Newsletter’ just for testing purpose.

It seems it is a problem with my theme ‘Oshine’. The popup will not be shown when the ‘Hero Section Type’ in the general sections of the starting page are set to ‘image/video’. Changing this to ‘none’ will makte the popup visible.

In line with this, could you please check if there are any?JavaScript console errors?on your website? Kindly check it while the Popup Maker plugin and the Oshine theme are both activated.?
