Popup not working

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

Could you please tell me which pop over conditions you are using and how you have configured it?

Also try using different pop over loading method and temporary deactivating the cache plugin.

Thanks for posting on the forum.

Please make sure you have activated the pop up and also try using different pop over loading method from the following path.

Admin area -> Pop Over -> Settings
