Popup not working

Hello,
A popup on a website stopped working after a while. (the plugin is now up to date).

Popup display rules is set to the template (the template that the page use),

Popup display event is set on click with a custom class (the class of the popup trigger: sgpb-popup-id-29),

Popup is called with shortcode: echo do_shortcode(‘[sg_popup id=”29″ event=”click”]Contact Us[/sg_popup]’);

The button “Contact us” appears but the popup is never triggered on click. (No console error).

Any ideas how i can debug this?
