Popup not working

    Hi there,

    I installed popup builder but the popup does not show.
    I have tried various settings. it does not show at all.

    The popup should only appear on desktop pcs. that is how I test it (also have tons of desktop traffic) – but nothing (counter shows 7 views, I cant even see it). I also bought the extension-package.
