Popup not working

    Apologize for the inconvenience!

    Since, you have not mentioned your website URL, I can not debug it. However, it is a very common question and there can be couple of issues.

    1) Either the plugin is not installed or not activated.
    2) OR Most of the times the user try to find the popup tab in module settings instead of Section’s settings.

    Most probably, it would be case#2 mentioned above. Please try checking the section settings and I am sure, it will resolve the problem. Please get back to me, in-case of any query.
