Popup not working on mobile

    Hi there!

    I recently purchased the pro version on popup supsystic.

    The popup seems to be working great on the desktop version, but it is not working at all on mobile.

    It is either not popping up at all on mobile, or when it has popped up a couple times, it’s pulling wrong information from the designed popup (like it’s not seeing the updated files and design).

    The link to the page I need help with is just an example. In the popup settings, I had set about 20 pages to trigger the popup and this is just one of them.

    Hello Katie

    Due the wordpress rules, I can’t support PRO vrsion of Popup by Supsystic on this forum
    Did you check an article “Popup on mobile devices”
    If the article info don’t suits you, contact me through the internal ticket system
    And provide mobile device info, your’re using to check working popup or not.
