Popup not working on mobile

Could you, please, let us know how have added the popup on your site – via shortcode or CSS class?
Also, please, share a screenshot of the Display rules section of your popup.

Here are the display rules:

We created a standard Menu Item that’s linked to #, and it’s content is:
<span class=”videopopup”><i class=”fas fa-play-circle”></i> Watch Our Video</span>

As you can see, we applied the custom class to the <span tag.

Any help will be appreciated.

Please, try to add the “videopopup” class not to the content span, but the CSS class field of your menu item, like in the screenshot below:

Unfortunately, this didn’t resolve the issue. It’s still acting the same.

We also disabled all custom CSS modifications, with no success.

You can replicate it by following the same steps.
