    Hi there,
    Congrats for a very useful plugin! We have been using it successfully in our site.
    However during our last theme upgrade (we are using Sydney 1.77) the plugin stopped working.

    For reference I have tried a fresh local install of sydney theme 1.77 (https://athemes.com/theme/sydney/#athemes-free-download) and it is not working either. So there must have been some kind of conflict created.

    We have disabled the plugin on our page for the time being because it leaves the overlay invisible and you can not scroll down the home page.

    The issue can directly be reproduced using a default install of the free sydney theme and popup plugin.

    Thanks!

    Hello @mitsos1os

    Thank you for reaching out to us!

    We are sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue on your site. From the issue described, it seems something removed the CSS trigger.

    Please could you include the below custom CSS on your WordPress dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS to force the popup to display.

    .pum-overlay.pum-active,
    .pum-overlay.pum-active .popmake.active {
        opacity: 1 !important;
        display: block !important;
    }

    I hope that helps.

    If the above suggestion resolves the issue, please could you take a moment to rate and review the plugin.
    If you still need help please message us directly at https://wppopupmaker.com/support/ and kindly include the URL where we can check the popup. Thank you!

    Hi @belimperial ! Thanks for taking the time to respond to my issue!
    The additional css you provided seems to do the trick! I will check if everything else is ok in more detail in the following days.

    In case you want to see for yourself what is going on in the latest Sydney Theme (because it is a really popular theme), I have creted a demo subdomain that has the issue mentioned, using only the default demo installation of the theme and default setup of popup maker with initial popup. You can checkout the site here: https://demo.halatsis.edu.gr

    PS: I have already rated the plugin and the support received!
