    Hello, I have created a pop up and I have setup MyPopUps to collect them. But I don’t receive any notifications for new collections.

    Is there a way to be warned when somebody just filled the form?

    Hello @dambell ,

    It depends which email provider you have selected on the form on your popup. If you picked the default one – follow.it, you can enable such notifications on the follow.it website, after logging in.

    If, for example, you chose to store form data on MyPopUps, there are no outgoing notifications then.

    For other email providers you will have to check with them.
