  • Hi @andry129,

Sure, I will be happy to assist you in guiding you on triggers.

This is an expected behavior of the “Popups for Divi.” It only triggers on-page popups, activating only those on your current page.

You have to switch to “Divi Areas Pro” to resolve your issue. This will allow you to initiate popups from any page or post.

You can save and trigger your popup on a page or via the Divi Areas section of the “Divi Areas Pro.”

I have demonstrated your required case in the video below.
    See here: https://share.zight.com/4guR7vXd

It also has multiple triggers and behavior for the popup and supports various integrations.

I hope this information helps. Please do not hesitate to ask any further questions. Thank you.

Hi! The fact is that I have a POPUP placed on the current page.

If I put a link to the button, the window the POPUP opens. If I put a link in the text, the POPUP does not work.

Is this how it should be?

Do I need Divi Areas Pro? Is this a paid plugin?

    Hi @andry129,

Sure, I will guide you further and help you resolve your issue.

In your shared reference link (https://clip2net.com/s/4jpSBNn), you have also added a directory “/new” which is preventing your popup from triggering as expected.

I recommend removing the directory “/new” and verifying it.

I have demonstrated the same for triggering the popup via a text link.
    See here: https://share.zight.com/7KuXyL6Q

Is this how it should be?
When you add the popup ID directly to your text-based links (e.g., #your-popup-id), it will work as expected. However, if you include a directory along with the popup ID (e.g., directory-name/#your-popup-id), it will not trigger.

Do I need Divi Areas Pro?
Although you can trigger the popup, as demonstrated in the video above, if it’s on the same page. However, if you want to trigger the same popup from a different page or post, you can switch to “Divi Areas Pro.”

    Is this a paid plugin?
Yes, this is a premium plugin (paid) and requires subscriptions.

You can find further information here: https://divimode.com/divi-areas-pro/

I hope this information helps. Please do not hesitate to ask any further questions. Thank you.
