Popup opens only for admin and not for visitors

I have used contact form 7 integration with lightbox shortcode. It works fine when I login to WordPress. But when I check the website in incognito mode, the contact form pop up doesn’t work. Can you please help?

there’s a critical JS error on your page. Please eliminate it to make the lightbox to work.
