Popup pops up constantly

    I’ve set it to pop up just once a month but my users are complaining that it pops up on every page they visit, all the time. I’ve tried deleting the form and making a new one with the same settings but the same thing happens. I’ve had to deactivate the plugin until I find a solution. Any advice?

    Have you tried deactivating other plugins to see if the issue is still recurring on your site?
