popup repeatedly after some delay until form submission

Hi @mariatogonon, Thank you, I have set a time delay trigger. When the user opens the webpage after 10sec the popup should display. It is working correctly.

And I have set the form submission cookie so that after filling the form by the user the popup should not be displayed. It is also working.

But now the issue is When the user opens the website after 10sec a popup will display, If I click on the Close button, next after some time delay the popup will not show but I want a repeated popup until a user submits the form.

We are sorry to hear that this issue is occurring on your popup. It seems there’s a misconfiguration for the cookie.

May we know if you have configured the cookie to the following: https://share.getcloudapp.com/Qwu5rLLR

If not, kindly remove the other cookies and retain the Form Submission cookie. After saving the popup settings, kindly clear all the cache of the site and test the popup using an incognito window.
