Popup scroll the web content. It is possible?

Hi. I would like change the behaviour of the pop up becouse I need when it shows(in the top of the page), all web content scroll down. I want to avoid hide the content of the web. Something like sumomeMe. There is a example here:

?It is possible?
I transform the css to have the same look but whe pop up show, it shows above the web.
