Popup settings blank

Checking the image, it seems there is a plugin/theme conflict and causes the popup settings not to work. I would suggest checking this documentation – Test if a Plugin or Theme Interferes with Popup Maker

This way you will able to see which plugin/theme is conflicting. Kindly use the?Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin?on the documentation link and then activate the troubleshooting mode so you can safely deactivate your plugins and switch the theme to a default WordPress theme.?Kindly see if the issue exists when just Popup Maker and default WordPress theme are active. Then one by one active the plugins and last the theme.
