Popup show again in other language

I created a pop up with popup anything and it looks stunning thank you

I added a WPML plugin shortcode for reminder any new user to he can choose his preferred language
and set 3 days as a cookie expiry time

the problem is: if he selects a language and redirects to this language side then the popup show again and if select the other language the popup show again
How can I solve this
I need to show the popup just one time to let the user select the language and finish
