Hi! I’ve seen some people have have the same problem, but I couldn’t solve mine.

Although I’ve set the cookie to be activated on popup open, set it to open automatically AND set the popup to last for 1 month, everytime a visitor opens my website, the popup shows up.

I’ve seen this could be something with the “admin debug”. I don’t know how to activate or deactivate it, but when I look at the System settings on the “tools” section of the plugin, it says “WP_DEBUG is Disabled”.

    Can you help me?

@andre_placido – If you are using the latest version, make sure that your Auto Open trigger is set to look for your cookie. Edit the trigger click the cookies tab and select your already created cookie from the dropdown.

Admin Debug was removed due to the confusion in general it caused, though due to requests i may add it back as an optional trigger.

Now we have the preview button that shows you a fullscreen preview.

    Hope that helps.
