popup showing on every page load even when it’s set not to show more than once

I just tested latest version on my end and it works fine there so I can’t replicate this issue.

The URL you shared is from the live site, because I see it working properly there, right?
Could you send us URL of the staging site so we can have a look at this?

sure! i had to re-upgrade in staging so you had a good view.

I checked and it’s still set to only show the pop up once, but as you can see you get it on every page view.

I have a screenshot of the setting if you want it but it doesn’t look like I can upload it here.

BTW I have it set not to display on this page https://knotions.staging.wpengine.com/knoted/sockstar-first-ebook/ and that *does* work ??

Could you upload your screenshot of the settings to any file sharing service like Dropbox or Gdrive and share the URL here so we can check it out?

Also, have you tried performing a conflict test on your staging site by disabling your other plugins and switching to default WP theme so we can see if any of those are not playing nicely with latest Hustle release?

Hi everyone,

I think to have same problem of knotions.
I have two popup, one for homepage and one for other pages.

Popoup showing up every time I load a page, though I set 1 in box:
Shows the Pop-up if the user has only seen it less than a specific number of times.

It is normal?

This is certainly not the desired behaviour and we’re unable to replicate it on our installation.
