Popup showing on some pages and not others.

  • PLUGIN SETTINGS:
    Enable popups for logged in users? NO
    Enable only one popup sitewide? YES
    Sitewide Popup: RISK DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
    Agreement Expiration: 72 HOURS

    The popup pops up on some pages and not others. On the ones that it does pop up, it will continue to pop up and not wait until the cookie expires. There are no caching plugins on the site. I just tested it again on another browser and it doesn’t appear to be creating cookies anymore.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

    @thompsonpat Sorry for my late reply. I usually get emails when support forum topics are made but I did not get one this time for some reason.

    You don’t seem to be using WP Terms Popup on that URL anymore but another solution. On other pages of your site, it looks like WP Terms Popup and the other solution are running at the same time.

    There’s also a 404 error with your WP PDF Document plugin that might be causing some problems.
