@jannetto96 – You can achieve that using the Advanced Targeting Conditions extension plugin.
Using the extension plugin, you can set the Targeting Condition to Is Logged In and the popup will only be displayed once the user is logged in to your site.
After that, you will need to add a Cookie for the popup and under Advanced Settings – set it to User Cookie Sessions. See screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/xQuv1EKR
Basically, when the user closes the browser and visits your website again then the popup will be displayed again.
