popup stays on website after deactivating and deleting the popup box

I would like to note that it is technically impossible to deactivate the popup, and delete it, but still have it displayed on your website?
Most presumably you have a strong cache plugin, which is why the caches were not cleared and the pop-up was displayed.

Please clear all the caches ( DB, plugin, browser) and check whether the issue persists or not.
After clearing the caches, please try to check the case with either the Incognito mode or another browser/device.

Please check this and get back to us with an outcome.
