Popup Subscription using MailChimp

I have embed code to insert, somewhere, but don’t know where on my blog, farmhousesoul.com to use a popup email subscription feature from MailChimp. Where would I insert this code? I tried the CSS section, but no luck. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks
